What Is Included Across All Tiers
Every Lumverro subscription includes access to the strategy automation engine, the real-time event log, and the secure broker API integration layer. Risk controls and nightly summary reports are available from the Standard tier upward. The difference between tiers is the number of active strategy slots, the depth of backtesting access, and the level of onboarding support provided. There are no performance fees, no revenue-sharing arrangements, and no charges based on the size of your trading account. You pay for the infrastructure and the integration work — market outcomes are yours alone.

Frequently Asked Questions About Pricing
Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers mid-month?
Yes. Tier changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-month, we prorate the difference and apply it to the following invoice. Downgrades require 30 days' written notice and take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Are there any charges based on trading volume or account performance?
No. Lumverro charges a flat monthly subscription fee for infrastructure and integration services. We do not take a percentage of profits, charge per trade, or apply any fee linked to your account performance. Market outcomes are entirely your responsibility and are not reflected in our billing.
What happens to my configuration if I cancel?
You own your strategy configuration files at all times. On cancellation, we provide an export of your YAML configuration, your audit log history for the past 12 months, and all backtest reports generated during your subscription. Live API connections are deactivated within 24 hours of the cancellation effective date.
Is there a setup fee for broker integration?
There is a one-time onboarding fee of KSh 5,000 for Standard and KSh 10,000 for Professional tier clients to cover the paper-trading verification sessions and initial configuration review. The Starter tier onboarding is included in the first month's subscription.
